MASRUM FRY

Curry leaves-3to4
Chopped coriander-few for garnish
Chopped onion-1/2
Coriander pdr-1tsp
Cumin seed-few
Cumin powder-1tsp
Gram masala whole or pdr-1pinch
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Lemon juice-1/2piece(optional)
Mushroom-9to10
Oil-2tbsp
Crushed garlic,pepper and cumin
red chilli to taste
salt to taste
Tomatoes-1
Turmeric-1pinch
Butter-1tbsp
Green chilly-2
Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan , add whole garam masala, cumin seeds and when they crackle add chopped onions ,salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and cook
2.Add curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
3.After 2 min add tomatoes and cook for few min then add mushrooms and cook till they are soft.
4.Take another pan add butter,add crushed garlic,pepper,cumin seeds mixture to it when smell come from mixture then add coriander pdr and cumin powder
5.Add the cooked mushroom mixture and cook till the moisture evaporates and dry
6.Garnish with lemon juice(optional) and chopped coriander leaves
